Here is a detailed break-down of what Comprehensive Insurance includes:

24-hour Roadside Assistance centre is manned by trained consultants who are dedicated to help you for all your roadside emergencies, anywhere in South Africa, 24-hours a day.

Our consultants will dispatch service providers to help you change a flat tyre, charge your battery, locksmith services, fuel delivery and towing and storage of your vehicle, so you can be well on your way in no time.

You can also make use of 24-hour Medical Assistance with your Comprehensive Insurance policy. With Comprehensive Insurance, you can also call the Home Assistance centre, which will help you with repairs in your home like a burst pipe, blocked drains and short circuits. Our consultants have a countrywide database of service providers for electrical, plumbing, glass and locksmith emergencies. Once dispatched, you will be told when you can expect the service to be provided and we'll pay for the call-out fee and one hour's labour.

Our 24-hour Legal Advice centre is manned by legal advisors who can access information on many types of legal predicaments, from what information to obtain if you were involved in an accident to understanding the intricate details of your employment contract so you can be sure you always have the law on your side.

Electronic waste is a growing problem. Every year, more than 50,000 tons of electronic goods are thrown away in South Africa as our lives increasingly revolve around computers and electronic devices. Simply defined, e-waste is the waste created by outdated, useless, and inoperable computer, electronic and electrical equipment such as CPU's, hardware, monitors, printers, products used for data processing, telecommunications or entertainment, etc. E-waste takes up space in municipal landfills and contains toxins which leach into soil and water systems.
